If you don't want to see too many other safari vehicles out, as you're likely to see in the more populated north, the Selous Reserve and Ruaha National Park are great. They are both sizable and pretty wild. A photographer's paradise, you can anticipate secluded, private, and game-rich locations here. You will conclude with a few days spent lounging by the coast in Tanzania, keeping with the tradition of the modern safari. The ultimate way to wrap up this African experience is by basking in the sun at a beach.

Day 1: Arrival

Upon arrival at Dar es salaam International Airport, you will be met by your driver and transported to the hotel for your overnight. Accommodation at the Selected Hotel

Day 2: Dar es Salaam – Mikumi National Park

Breakfast at the hotel then drive to Mikumi National Park, you will arrive just in time for lunch. In the evening, drive through the park for sunset game drive. Accommodation at the Selected Lodge / Camp

Day 3: Mikumi National Park – Ruaha National Park

Early morning game drive in the park, and then return to the lodge/camp for breakfast. With picnic lunch, drive to Iringa for a short visit to Ismila Pilars then proceed to Ruaha National Park for your overnight. Accommodation at the Selected Camp

Day 4: Ruaha National Park

After early breakfast, drive to Ruaha National Park for the full day game drive enjoying the landscape and scenery of this unique National Park. Picnic lunch will be given. Accommodation at Selected Lodge / Camp

Day 5: Ruaha National Park - Morogoro

Breakfast at the lodge then drive to Morogoro for your overnight at Mfindi Highland Lodge, the road between Iringa and Morogoro is one of the scene roads in the Southern part of Tanzania. Picnic lunch to be provided. Accommodation at the Selected Lodge / Camp

Day 6: Morogoro – Selous Game Reserve

Drive to Selous game reserve via Morogoro – Kisaki road for your overnight, depending on your time of arrival you will depart for evening boat safaris along Rufiji River. Accommodation at Selous Selected Lodge / Camp

Day 7: Selous Game Reserve

Full day game drives exploring the biggest game reserve in Africa which has abundant African mammals. Your overnight stay will be at the bank of the great Rufiji River. Accommodation at Selous in Selected Lodge / Camp

Day 8: Selous Game Reserve – Dar es Salaam

Nature walk in the morning where you will be accompanied by a ranger (1 – 2 Hours), then after breakfast do a game drive, picnic lunch will be provided, after having lunch embark on your drive back to Dar es Salaam by road. You will arrive Dar es Salaam late afternoon or early evening. Overnight at the selected hotel
